Fleet Industry Meetup 2026: Düsseldorf

Germany’s fleet industry gathered in Düsseldorf. We were there.

Flotte! Der Branchentreff is one of the most concentrated networking events on the fleet management calendar. On 25 and 26 March 2026, fleet managers, mobility decision-makers, and industry partners came together in Düsseldorf, and Rosenberger Telematics joined them at Hall 5, Booth C39.

The team on site: Christian Meschnig (CEO), Sabine Compernass, and Yvonne Weginger. The conversation: smarter fleet management, and how Commander gives fleet operators real-time visibility and control over their pool vehicles, without adding administrative overhead.

What visitors saw at the booth

The centrepiece of the stand was Commander’s corporate car sharing module , demonstrated live alongside a Traka key cabinet display. The combination shows the complete end-to-end flow: an employee books a pool vehicle in Commander, the key cabinet automatically releases the corresponding key at the reserved time, and the trip is logged and attributed to the correct cost centre, automatically, without any manual administration.

For fleet managers dealing with pool vehicles, this means:

• Keyless handover without a key custodian on site
• Automatic trip records and cost-centre attribution for every booking
• Full utilisation visibility, so decisions about fleet size are data-driven, not guesswork

Visitors could also try an interactive challenge at the booth, and free guest tickets were available in advance for anyone who wanted to attend.

The Traka partnership

The Commander + Traka integration is more than a technology demonstration. It is a live deployment used by fleet operators today. Traka’s key management hardware connects directly to Commander’s booking module, creating a seamless digital-physical handover for pool vehicles. No separate system. No manual reconciliation.
