Commander is SaaS, hosted in a private cloud at conova communications GmbH in Salzburg, Austria. That is not just a technical detail. How conova achieved climate neutrality

conova’s climate neutrality is not a pledge. It is a completed action. The company purchased 500 certificates under the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) Forest Uruguay programme, a reforestation initiative that stores atmospheric CO₂. The greenhouse gas emissions for 2021 and 2022 are offset. The certification covers the full operational period.

For Commander customers, this means that the infrastructure powering your fleet management platform already carries a verified environmental offset, without any action required on your part.

Hosting Commander with conova reflects a broader commitment. Rosenberger Telematics has been a member of ARGE proEthik since 2015, a voluntary commitment to sustainable and social standards that goes beyond legal compliance. The company’s published values include four core objectives:
