General Terms and Conditions (GTC) incl. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Governs all deliveries and services provided by Rosenberger Telematics GmbH, including the Commander telematics platform and associated hardware. The data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to GDPR Art. 28 is included as part of this document.

General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Applies to all purchase orders placed with Rosenberger Telematics GmbH unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Account Deletion (GDPR Art. 17)

Users of the Commander telematics platform may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time under the right to erasure (GDPR Article 17). To submit a deletion request, contact our support team:

Requests are processed within 30 days. Note that certain data may be retained where a legal obligation to do so exists (e.g. statutory retention periods under Austrian commercial and tax law).
